Happiness is what you deserve
Our organization is home to a unique and highly qualified team of fun-loving counselors, with years of experience, which have a drive to help people. We believe that the mind and body are inseparable and there is growing evidence that many psychological issues are in fact bio-psycho-sociology-spiritual related issues.
We’re therefore here to listen, help you set goals, and provide you with the tools, support, and accountability that will help you get results that matter. We believe that everyone is on a journey through life, and we want to help you get to the next step on that journey.
What we do
Couples Counseling or best known as Couples Therapy is a type of psychotherapy which helps couples to identify their issues and possible ways of resolving the issues (conflict resolution) and best ways to have a better interpersonal relationship to foster happiness and fulfillment in their homes. Many couples have in many ways had issues they never bargained for.
The mental health coaching and mental health counseling are interrelated but they aren’t the same. Mental health coaching is a process of helping the clients to envision life without depression or other obstacles to emotional well being. Mental health coaching is a niche area of the broader coaching field, and while it may touch on some therapeutic elements, it is not therapy and does not aim to treat mental health diagnoses such as depression or anxiety.
Youth coaching is a branch of life coaching. It is designed to encourage personal development in young people while providing an outlet for their stresses and anxieties. This helps young people develop life skills and learn how to manage some of the stresses that come along the way. As a coach it is important to prioritise learning within your plans for development and career progression.
Mentoring emphasizes both the professional and personal development of the individual. Counseling seeks to explore the underlying dynamics of individuals and their relationships. Counselors and coaches both ask questions but counselors tend not to address tasks and performance. The boundary between coaching and counseling is not defined by a set of absolute rules or terms.
"Being a humanitarian means helping people who are suffering and saving lives any time any place in the world. And so humanitarian work requires being responsible, conscious of the circumstances of other people's lives, and helping them on the basis of need, without discrimination. This is one of our major task in which we have been recording good success. Most especially “Kids off the Street”.
Capacity building (or capacity development) is the process by which individuals and organizations obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment, and other resources needed to do their jobs competently. It allows individuals and organizations to perform at a greater capacity (larger scale, larger audience, larger impact, etc).
